Mission Statement

C-H-A-R-L-O-T-T-E is an open-source, non-profit cybersecurity and AI framework committed to empowering the next generation of technologists from economically marginalized communities in San Antonio and Austin, Texas—two of the most economically segregated cities in the United States.

Born out of a personal journey to break into the AI/ML profession, C-H-A-R-L-O-T-T-E is more than a security tool—she's a movement. We provide free, hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development in cybersecurity, machine learning, and software engineering for those historically excluded from tech career pipelines.

By reinvesting earnings from community support and consultation services into a future charitable trust, our long-term goal is to create paid internship and part-time employment opportunities—turning systemic exclusion into self-sustained empowerment.

We believe that technology should not only be secure—but equitable, accessible, and driven by those most impacted by injustice.
